REMINDER FOR SAFE TOYS AND GIFTS

With December being designated Safe Toy and Gift Month, the Pomperaug Health District would like to remind everyone of the importance of buying safe, age appropriate toys for children to ensure a safe holiday season. Careful toy selection and proper supervision of children at play is the best way to protect children from toy-related injuries.

The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission protects the public from the unreasonable risk of injury or death from over 15,000 types of consumer products.
